Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations in a Sunday–Thursday shift, 2:00 PM to completion. You will lead 24–30 outbound associates, ensuring safe, efficient pick/pack/ship operations and on-time deliveries. You’ll coach staff, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, data analysis capability, and ERP experience (SAP/Manhattan). A high school diploma is preferred, with 2–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing medium to large teams.
• Experience with data analysis and data-driven decisions.
• 2-3 years related experience preferred.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Gemba walks, Kaizen, takt boards).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a team of 24-30 warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Monitor site productivity and hold staff accountable to metrics; provide feedback and corrective action.
• Adhere to budget guidelines and meet DC objectives while maintaining quality and inventory.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, takt boards).
• Schedule daily staffing to ensure proper picking, replenishment, restocking and shipping.
• Coordinate maintenance of equipment and coordinate repairs.
• Engage in employee development including training, coaching and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and HR daily; interview and hire for leads and associates.
• Maintain timekeeping, attendance/PTO records and ensure scheduling.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA, DEA, FDA and local regulations.
