Job summary

GEODIS is hiring a Manager of Operations to lead warehouse processes, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive efficiency across the distribution center. You will coordinate with customer service and sales, supervise staff, and maintain safety standards.

Role requires strong proficiency with warehouse and labor systems, plus excellent communication and data analysis to optimize performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems preferred.
• Experience with labor management systems and productivity initiatives preferred.
• Must be PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business/technical material.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and leads operational procedures for shipments and inventory.
• Maintains facility conditions and coordinates repairs and equipment replacement.
• Coordinates warehouse activities with customer service and sales.
• Partners with customers to maintain satisfaction and address concerns.
• Ensures safe operation and compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Monitors KPIs and manages staffing, training, and development.
• Oversees budget and P&L for the operation.
• Reports hours, interviews, hires, trains staff and builds culture.
