Job summary

GEODIS in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Warehouse Operations Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities, track hours, and direct a team across one or more accounts. You will coordinate shipping schedules and labor needs with CSR and the Operations Supervisor, while ensuring safe handling of inbound freight.

The role requires forklift experience, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to read instructions and prepare accurate shipments. Join a safety‑minded team with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years related experience and/or training.
• Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably Stand Up Forklift.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Synapse training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Track employee hours in account to provide feedback.
• Direct team of employees for one or more accounts in warehouse.
• Coordinate with CSR and Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules and labor requirements.
• Unload and move inbound freight safely and efficiently.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type loaded.
• Perform picking duties efficiently to meet customer and company standards.
