The role emphasizes efficient scheduling, training, and process improvements to meet performance goals.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in warehouse settings, strong supervisory skills, and proficiency with warehouse systems and MS Office. On-site position with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory or team lead experience.
• Experience in distribution center operations.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with safety rules and OSHA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily activities within the distribution center.
• Supervises staff and directs work on order fulfillment and inventory tasks.
• Prepares work schedules and adapts to labor needs.
• Manages labor hours and payroll in timekeeping system.
• Trains new team members and develops staff.
• Recommends process improvements to improve efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Prepares reports for leadership and maintains warehouse records.
