Job summary

Worldpac, a leading automotive parts distributor, seeks a Branch Operations Lead to support daily warehouse operations and assist the Branch Operations Manager. You will work closely with the management team to learn all functions, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate delivery and inventory activities.

The role requires warehouse experience, leadership, and strong organizational skills, with availability to open/close the warehouse and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to open/close the warehouse Mon–Sat as needed.
• 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Able to read/write detailed instructions and memos.
• Proficient in basic math.

Responsibilities

• Learn all Branch Management functions including operations, staffing, training and budgeting.
• Follow safety procedures and model compliance for the team.
• Support team training and development for daily work.
• Maintain a customer service–oriented approach.
• Report safety or policy violations to management.
• Coordinate with management to ensure orders, inventory and records are handled properly.
• Safely use vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
