Job summary

Worldpac, a leading automotive parts distributor, seeks a Branch Operations Lead to assist the Branch Ops Manager in directing daily warehouse activities in our Oregon location. The role emphasizes safety, staffing, training, and inventory control with a strong emphasis on customer service.

The successful candidate will coordinate with management, support team development, and ensure accurate records and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months warehouse experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to open/close the warehouse Mon-Fri and Saturdays as needed.
• Proficient in basic math and clerical tasks.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken English.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Ops Manager in leading daily warehouse operations.
• Learn and manage branch functions including operations, staffing, assets, expense management and budgeting.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and act as a role model.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Coordinate with management to ensure orders, inventory, and records are accurate.
• Deliver orders or coordinate pickup of returns in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
