Job summary

Worldpac, a leading automotive parts distributor, seeks a Branch Operations Lead to support daily warehouse operations under the Branch Ops leadership. You will help manage staff, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain inventory with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires at least 6 months of warehouse experience, strong leadership, and fluent English. Evening/weekend shifts may be required, with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of previous warehouse experience.
• Be available to open and close the warehouse, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays (as needed).
• Ability to perform basic clerical and physical tasks.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and write comprehensive instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations and assist Branch Management.
• Ensure orders are delivered and inventory is maintained.
• Follow safety procedures and model compliant behavior.
• Coordinate with management to prepare and store records correctly.
• Assist in training and development of team members.
• Drive company vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returns as needed.
