Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to assist management in guiding daily warehouse operations. This role requires coordinating with leadership to ensure orders are fulfilled, inventory is maintained, and safety standards are followed.

Strong communication and leadership are essential, along with a valid driver’s license for delivery duties. The position is full-time in a warehouse environment, with responsibilities including training, process adherence, and continuous improvement to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months warehouse experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to open/close the warehouse Mon-Fri and Saturdays as needed.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read/write detailed instructions and memos.
• Proficient in basic math.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.
• Willing to obtain powered equipment certification.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Read/write/speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Operations Manager and Assistant Branch Operations Manager in daily warehouse operations.
• Follow safety procedures and model compliance for all team members.
• Support training and development for team members.
• Maintain customer-service oriented approach.
• Report policy violations and safety concerns to management.
• Coordinate with management to ensure orders are delivered and inventory is maintained.
• Operate vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise safely.
• Other duties as assigned.
