ShipMonk in Las Vegas is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead approximately 25–30 warehouse associates on a high-volume fulfillment floor, coaching performance and using data to drive throughput improvements.

You’ll participate in labor planning, safety, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Safety, Quality, and Engineering; growth from within is emphasized as ShipMonk expands.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Run shift huddles and set clear daily priorities for your team.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety.
• Learn to allocate labor based on volume and priorities.
• Use data to understand performance and identify root causes.
• Coach associates with timely feedback.
• Partner with Operations leaders across HR, Safety, Quality, and Engineering.
• Onboard and train new associates.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate waste and improve processes.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work area.
