Job summary

DoorDash DashMart in Missouri is hiring a site leader to run a 5-15k sq ft distribution center. You’ll recruit and coach Shift Leads and Associates, own daily operations, scheduling, and labor budgets, and ensure quality metrics like order accuracy and fulfillment speed.

You’ll use data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements while supporting a 24/7 operation and a strong culture focused on safety and performance. This is a full-time on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ of team leadership experience in high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to develop people and deliver results.
• Experience managing labor budgets and site-level metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, coaching and retention of Shift Leads and Associates.
• Own day-to-day warehouse operations and scheduling; manage labor budget.
• Maintain quality metrics like order accuracy and fulfillment speed; drive process improvements.
