Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of warehousing, distribution, or related experience.
• Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of warehouse associates and ensure safety and quality.
• Assign duties, schedule inventories, and monitor workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Direct outbound shipping, issue instructions, and ensure accountability.
• Mentor and coach staff, conduct performance evaluations, and train on procedures.
