Qualifications

• Minimum of three years warehousing/distribution experience.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare schedules, and optimize workflow.
• Assign duties and check quality and policy compliance.
• Monitor and direct outbound shipping; ensure accuracy.
• Provide training and mentorship; conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in safety and process improvements.
• Travel approximately 25% or less.
