Job summary

Floor & Decor in Midlothian is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and support the Receiving Supervisor in freight scheduling.

Responsibilities include staffing, inventory control, safety programs, SOP compliance, and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure efficient store distribution. The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Effective cross‑department communication and collaboration.
• Proficient in basic math and computer systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and extend hours.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to meet shipping/receiving needs.
• Direct day‑to‑day warehouse operations and safety programs.
• Maintain inventory, staging, and storage practices.
• Ensure accurate paperwork flow and data entry.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize operations.
• Monitor and enforce SOPs and standards.
