Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct warehouse operations, supervise staff, and support scheduling for shipping and receiving at the Lowell location. The role emphasizes safety, equipment maintenance, and cross- department collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Windows-based systems. This position is based on-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Effective oral and written communication with; cross-department collaboration.
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills; comfortable in Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure efficient shipping/receiving
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities (shipping, receiving, inventory)
• Maintain warehouse equipment and safety programs per OSHA requirements
• Ensure products are staged and stored to optimize space and safety
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth warehouse operations
