Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is a nationwide leader in agricultural products and services. The Assistant Warehouse Manager directs warehouse operations, oversees the warehouse team and Truck Drivers, and supports the Warehouse Manager in daily duties.

Responsibilities include supervising routing, managing inventory, ensuring safety, and delivering excellent customer service while upholding Helena policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of general laborer experience is required.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.
• Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena.
• Valid U.S. driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing tickets, credit correspondence and other computer related duties.
• Supervises truck routing including contacting customers, suppliers and other related concerns.
• Manages inventory control including monitoring receivables, customer orders and general duties associated with inventory control.
• Assists the Warehouse Manager in monitoring and implementing supplier programs.
• Monitors equipment maintenance and care including month-end reports on mileage, driver reports and other required reports.
• Helps the Warehouse Manager supervise the team and completes semi-annual and annual performance reviews.
