The position requires a high school diploma, 2 years of warehouse experience, and leadership capabilities; forklift operation and English proficiency are essential, with Spanish as a valued skill.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years warehouse work experience required.
• Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies incoming and outgoing shipments and keeps inventory current.
• Inspects warehouse, equipment and vehicles for condition.
• Prepares work orders for repairs and replacements of equipment.
• Maintains monthly truck reports.
• Coordinates with department leaders for warehouse and cross-functional alignment.
• Directs salvage of damaged and used materials.
• Ensures DOT compliance for drivers and vehicle operation.
• Provides backup to drivers and other team members as needed.
