Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager II to direct warehouse activities at a key location. This role leads staff, schedules operations, ensures safety, and coordinates with production, sales, purchasing and records control to maintain efficient warehouse flow.

Responsibilities include supervising, training, maintaining inventory, and ensuring DOT compliance while delivering excellent internal and external customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of warehouse work experience is required.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Agricultural experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes operational procedures for receiving, verifying, and shipping at one location.
• Inspects warehouse, equipment and vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Prepares work orders for repairs and requisitions for replacements of equipment and vehicles.
• Maintains monthly truck reports and coordinates with drivers and staff.
• Assists with hiring and training employees and ensures OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance.
• Directs salvage of damaged or used material and coordinates with other departments.
