Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to direct warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team and truck drivers. This role emphasizes inventory control, scheduling, and customer service in a dynamic agricultural logistics environment.

The position requires forklift experience, a valid US driver’s license, English fluency, and is based in Fremont, NE. Training and growth opportunities are provided within a large nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of general laborer experience required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English required.
• Spanish knowledge helpful for communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Directs warehouse operations and oversees warehouse team and truck drivers.
• Prepares and processes invoices, tickets, credit correspondence and related duties.
• Supervises truck routing and customer/supplier communications.
• Monitors inventory, receivables, orders and general inventory control tasks.
• Assists Warehouse Manager with supplier programs and month-end close.
