The role emphasizes strong leadership, inventory control, and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring timely, accurate handling of shipments while delivering excellent internal and external customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of warehouse work experience is required.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Agricultural experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes operational procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments and keeps warehouse inventory current for one location.
• Inspects condition of warehouse, equipment and vehicles.
• Prepares work orders for repairs and requisitions for replacements of equipment/vehicles.
• Maintains monthly truck reports and staffing coordination with department heads.
• Directs salvage of damaged or used material and ensures compliance with safety regulations.
• Provides back-up to truck drivers and administrative staff as needed.
• Ensures drivers conform to DOT regulations and delivers excellent customer service.
