Job summary

We seek an Assistant Warehouse Manager to direct warehouse operations, supervise staff and truck drivers, manage inventory, and support month-end close and supplier programs. You will work in a warehouse/outdoor environment with safety as a priority, coordinating with teams to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of general laborer experience is required.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license is required.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.
• Spanish communication is a valuable skill at Helena.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operations of the warehouse and supervise the warehouse team and drivers.
• Invoice tickets, credit correspondence and other computer duties.
• Supervise truck routing and coordinate with customers and suppliers.
• Manage inventory control and assist in supplier programs.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reports.
• Provide back-up to drivers and administrative staff; ensure safety and attendance.
