Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to establish operational procedures, hire and train staff, and oversee daily warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure accurate shipments, supervise drivers, and maintain safety and compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.

The role requires leadership experience, a high school diploma, and at least two years in warehouse work. Strong communication in English and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of warehouse work experience is required.
• Leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and keeping the warehouse inventory current.
• Inspects physical condition of the warehouse, equipment and vehicles.
• Prepares work orders for repairs and requisitions for replacement of equipment and vehicles.
• Maintains monthly truck reports.
• Meets with department leaders to coordinate warehouse activities with production, sales, records control, purchasing and compliance.
• Directs salvage of damaged and used materials.
• Ensures that all drivers conform to DOT regulations.
• Provides back-up to Truck Drivers and other team members when needed.
• Manages other team members.
