Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to support day-to-day warehouse and administrative operations at our location. You will coordinate inventory, deliveries and driver activities under the Warehouse Manager, ensuring timely execution of tasks.

The role requires 3 years of business experience with spreadsheets/word processing, a high school diploma, forklift experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a business environment using spreadsheets and word processing software is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of general laborer experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs departmental typing, copying, filing, faxing, mailing, record keeping and reception duties.
• Maintains all accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Inputs all delivery tickets, invoices and map details, daily collections and posting of checks.
• Assists customers with questions about their account such as balance, credits, invoices and discounts.
• Provides back-up to Truck Drivers and the administrative team at the location when needed.
