Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our site and act as a frontline leader for drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors. This hourly role drives labor allocation, workflow direction, and adherence to Fetch standards to ensure on-time package delivery and resident satisfaction.

You'll work with the Warehouse Manager to execute daily plans, coach team members, and maintain safety on the floor while delivering an outstanding resident experience every day.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse/logistics/ops environment; supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfortable using tech platforms and mobile apps to manage workflow and track performance; learn Fetch WMS quickly required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to direct a team clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Execute open/close procedures and oversee daily warehouse operations for receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings; communicate goals and assign duties across drivers, associates, and contractors.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Provide direct feedback on performance; coach associates and conduct ride-along evaluations.
• Train associates on Fetch SOPs and ensure ongoing SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with independent contractors with onboarding, dispatching, and schedule management.
• Monitor workflow using Fetch WMS and reporting tools; track key metrics and complete documentation on time.
• Maintain access control and report lost devices; resolve customer experience tickets daily.
