Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our site and supervise drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors. You will coordinate labor, enforce safety standards, and ensure accurate, timely package delivery while partnering with the Warehouse Manager.

You will use Fetch WMS and reporting tools to monitor performance, address issues, and uphold the Fetch standard across shifts. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations environment; supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to direct a team clearly.
• Proficiency with technology platforms to manage workflow and track performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute building open/close procedures and oversee daily warehouse operations.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings, assign duties and monitor SLA performance.
• Allocate labor based on volume and priorities; direct drivers, associates, and contractors.
