Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Baton Rouge site. You will lead a team of drivers, associates, and contractors, ensuring accurate receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch to meet service standards.

You will allocate labor, perform shift briefings, monitor performance metrics, and coach staff on SOPs. A high school diploma and familiarity with WMS are required to maintain safety and efficiency daily.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse or operations teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to direct a team clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings; assign duties and monitor goals.
• Coordinate labor allocation based on volume and priorities.
• Maintain safety standards and coach team members on SOPs.
