Job summary

Fetch Package, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our site and act as a frontline leader for drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors.

This hourly role directs workflow, reinforces standards, and ensures packages reach residents on time, collaborating with the Warehouse Manager to execute the daily plan with a strong focus on safety and resident experience. You will manage labor, performance feedback, SOP training, and cross-functional coordination while

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations environment; supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Comfortable using technology platforms and mobile apps to manage workflow and track performance; ability to learn Fetch WMS.
• Strong verbal and written communication to direct a team clearly and professionally.
• Ability to make sound operational decisions independently during a shift without direct manager oversight.
• Fixed schedule of front half or back half of the week, including holidays as required.
• Must lift 50+ pounds and stay on your feet during a shift.
• Valid driver's license and pass Fetch background check.

Responsibilities

• Execute open/close procedures; oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings; communicate daily goals and assign duties across drivers, associates, and contractors.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Provide timely feedback on performance; coach and develop associates; support ride-along evaluations.
• Train associates on SOPs and verify compliance across operation.
• Coordinate relationships with independent contractors; onboarding, dispatching, and engagement tracking.
• Monitor workflow with Fetch WMS and reporting tools; track KPIs and complete shift documentation.
• Manage access control and report lost devices; on-site point of contact for residents and vendors.
• Identify operational barriers; participate in cross-functional discussions; cover Warehouse Manager as needed.
