Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Minneapolis seeks an Operations Administrator to support warehouse functions. You will receive, enter data, manage inventory tasks and replenishment, and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coordinating with purchasing and carriers, updating WMS/ERP systems, and providing excellent service to vendors and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or warehouse role.
• Basic PC skills including MS Office and presentation software.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting skills; good communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving schedule with purchasing, trade, operations, and carriers.
• Complete daily data entry for delivery and operations teams.
• Re-warehouse product and update the WMS and ERP systems as required.
• Operate multiple types of powered industrial equipment as needed.
• Perform inventory control and cycle counts; ensure adequate pick volume.
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors, employees, customers, and suppliers.
• Assist with other warehouse and delivery tasks as needed.
