Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Minneapolis is seeking an Operations Administrator to support warehouse functions during the 4pm–12:30am shift. The role involves data entry, receiving coordination, inventory tasks, and product replenishment, with responsibilities across WMS/ERP systems and carrier coordination.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in admin/warehouse, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 year of admin or warehouse experience.
Basic PC skills (MS Office, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication, with diplomacy and discretion.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical and reporting skills.
Sound judgement and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage the receiving schedule with purchasing, trade, operations, and carriers.
Enter daily data into spreadsheets for delivery and operation teams.
Re-warehouse product and update the WMS and ERP systems as required.
Operate multiple types of powered industrial equipment.
Conduct inventory control, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
Provide excellent customer service to vendors, employees, customers, and suppliers.
Assist with other warehouse and delivery tasks as needed.
