Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to direct loading, receiving, and storage operations in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate teams, safeguard inventory, and ensure safety compliance with OSHA and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes accurate picking, efficient truck loading, and problem-solving to reduce breakage and improve throughput. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunity for development within a growing beverage distribution network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related business area.
• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs.
• Must be a results-oriented professional with strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Analytic and Reporting skills.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient truck loading process while minimizing breakage.
• Picks from full case pick lines and bottle room; replenishes full and split case complexes.
• Reports damage to equipment, product and facilities.
• Keeps equipment operating; performs preventive maintenance and arranges repairs.
• Maintains storage area and optimizes floor space; suggests improvements.
• Ensure unloading and receiving of product is efficient and accurate.
• Comply with OSHA and warehousing regulations; enforce safety procedures.
• Supervise associates; hire, train, schedule, coach, discipline as needed.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
