Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Returns Coordinator to track invoices, scan into Synergy, and process beer keg returns with accuracy. You will create invoices for vendor returns, monitor credits, and resolve discrepancies between warehouse and finance.

The role supports audits, maintains documentation, and ensures adherence to returns procedures to keep inventory integrity and timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience maintaining inventory and related systems.
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data with accuracy.
• Strong time management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with SAP; MS Office skills required; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between warehouse and finance to communicate returns impact.
• Compile daily delivery tickets and scan into Synergy.
• Track missing invoices by route and follow up within 24 hours.
• Prepare invoices with checks for Credit Department daily and manage attachments.
• Create keg return invoices in SAP and coordinate pickups.
• Run reports to validate returns and assist audits as needed.
