Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Minnesota Beer, LLC is seeking an Operations Administrator to support warehouse functions in Minneapolis. The role includes data entry, receiving coordination, and inventory tasks to ensure smooth delivery operations.

You will interact with purchasing, trade, and carriers, updating WMS/ERP systems and handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving schedule, working with purchasing, trade, operations, and carriers.
• Complete daily data entry of various spreadsheets for the delivery and operation teams.
• Re-warehouse product as needed, including updating the WMS and ERP systems as required.
• Must be able to operate multiple types of powered industrial equipment.
• Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Relocate product in the warehouse and manage pick volumes.
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors, employees, customers, and suppliers via email, in person, or on the phone.
• Assist with other warehouse and delivery tasks as needed.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
