Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Point of Sale Coordinator to support POS materials receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory control across all sales divisions.

Responsibilities include verifying POS materials, preparing items for delivery or pickup, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with sales management and suppliers to implement dealer loader programs, while supporting store sets and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training and experience.
• Experience in logistics, inventory replenishment, or merchandising.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Verify and allocate POS materials, including dealer loaders.
• Prepare POS materials and dealer loader items for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain up-to-date POS inventory and purge outdated materials.
• Receive, check-in, locate POS material, and assist distribution in warehouse.
• Collaborate with sales management and suppliers to set up dealer loader programs.
