  • Manage the receiving schedule, working with purchasing, trade, operations, and carriers.
  • Complete daily data entry of various spreadsheets for the delivery and operation teams.
  • Re-warehouse product as needed, including updating the WMS and ERP systems as required.
  • Must be able to operate multiple types of powered industrial equipment.
  • Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Relocate product in the warehouse and manage pick volumes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to vendors, employees, customers, and suppliers via email, in person, or on the phone.
  • Assist with other warehouse and delivery tasks as needed.
  • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Job Description Summary: The Operations Administrator will be responsible for receiving, data entry, inventory tasks, and product replenishment. The main function of this position is to support all warehouse functions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the receiving schedule, working with purchasing, trade, operations, and carriers
  • Complete daily data entry of various spreadsheets for the delivery and operation teams
  • Re-warehouse product as needed, including updating the WMS and ERP systems as required.
  • Must be able to operate multiple types of powered industrial equipment.
  • Perform inventory control tasks, including determining sufficient pick volume available each evening, relocating product in the warehouse(s), and assisting with cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Provide excellent customer service to vendors, employees, customers, and suppliers via email, in person, or on the phone.
  • Assist with other warehouse and delivery tasks as needed.
  • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or warehouse role
  • Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
  • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Analytic and Reporting skills
  • Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment
  • Possess a valid driver's license
Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
