SRS Building Products in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, support delivery logistics, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with the Branch Manager, handle stock levels using Agility software, and ensure accurate work orders and timely resolutions to issues.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to inventory management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams as needed.
• Oversee loading/unloading of orders for vendors and customers per company standards.
• Use On Demand routing software to dispatch trucks for timely deliveries.
• Track stock levels with Agility and report to Branch Manager for inventory decisions.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and manage damaged/outdated stock.
