The role emphasizes inventory control using Agility, On Demand routing software, and close collaboration with the Branch Manager to optimize stock levels, prevent duplicates, and maintain service excellence. On-site position with possible regional travel.

• Proficiency with Agility software and MS Office.
• Ability to supervise and guide warehouse personnel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams as needed.
• Supervise loading/unloading of orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Dispatch trucks via On Demand routing software for timely deliveries.
• Track stock levels with Agility software and report to Branch Manager.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and manage damaged/outdated stock.
• Implement order processing and day-end balancing procedures.
• Maintain superior customer service and represent the company professionally.
