Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service and problem-solving skills; able to manage inventory and coordinate with branches.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Agility software and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure work orders are executed on schedule.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and communicate with warehouse and delivery teams to achieve timely resolutions.
• Oversee loading/unloading of orders with adherence to company standards for accuracy and promptness.
• Use On Demand routing software to dispatch trucks and ensure timely deliveries to worksites.
• Use Agility software to track stock levels and report to Branch Manager on inventory decisions.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and address damaged or outdated stock to maintain inventory integrity.
