• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams as needed.
• Supervise loading/unloading of orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use On Demand routing software to dispatch trucks for timely, precise deliveries.
• Use Agility software to track stock levels and report to Branch Manager.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and manage damaged or outdated stock to maintain inventory integrity.
• Implement order processing and day-end balancing procedures.
• Support Branch Manager's strategic goals and maintain strong customer relations.
