Job summary

SRS Building Products in Leesburg, FL is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, handle customer complaints, and support delivery requirements. You will coordinate inventory with the Branch Manager, utilize Agility and On Demand routing software for stock control and dispatch, and maintain high service standards for business customers.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with experience in inventory management

• Demonstrated time management in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience supervising or coordinating teams or tasks.
• Proficiency with Agility software and MS Office.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations to optimize efficiency.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams.
• Supervise loading/unloading of orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Use On Demand routing software to dispatch trucks for timely delivery.
• Track stock levels with Agility software and report to Branch Manager.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and address damaged or outdated stock.
• Implement order processing and day-end balancing procedures.
• Foster excellent customer service and support branch goals.
