SRS Building Products is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Bridgewater, NJ to manage daily warehouse operations, coordinate with the Branch Manager, and ensure accurate and timely work orders. You will address customer complaints, oversee loading/unloading, and optimize logistics using routing and inventory software.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Minimum qualifications include 1–2 years in a related role, high school diploma, and proficiency with Agility and MS

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly and engage warehouse and delivery teams to achieve resolutions.
• Oversee loading/unloading of orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use On Demand routing software to dispatch trucks and ensure on-time delivery.
• Use Agility software to track stock levels and report to Branch Manager.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and manage inventory including damaged/outdated stock.
• Implement day-end processing and maintain strong customer service and branch representation.
