SRS Building Products in Leesburg, FL is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, handle customer issues, and support delivery scheduling. You will coordinate with the Branch Manager, use Agility and On Demand routing to optimize stock levels and dispatch, and ensure accurate order processing and reporting.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with warehouse operations is a plus.
• Proficiency with Agility software and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations and work orders.
• Handle customer complaints with swift, courteous resolutions.
• Oversee loading/unloading of orders for vendors and customers.
• Use On Demand routing to dispatch trucks and ensure timely deliveries.
• Track stock levels with Agility for inventory decisions.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and manage damaged stock.
• Implement order processing and day-end balancing procedures.
• Support Branch Manager's goals and provide excellent customer service.
