You will collaborate with the Branch Manager, manage inventory using Agility, and coordinate deliveries with On Demand routing software.

The role emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and superior customer service, with occasional travel to regional branches for audits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations to optimize efficiency.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Oversee loading/unloading to ensure accuracy and promptness.
• Dispatch trucks using routing software to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track stock levels with Agility and report insights to the Branch Manager.
• Conduct inventory management including cycle counts and handling damaged stock.
• Support end-to-end order processing and day-end balancing.
• Represent the company with a focus on customer service.
