Job summary

1 Click Logistics is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical help across hardware, software, network, and systems. You will assist with onboarding, workstation setup, problem resolution, and endpoint support to keep operations efficient.

Candidates should have basic IT knowledge, familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365, and strong communication and organizational skills. This role requires work in a fast-paced warehouse and office environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Windows computers, printers or scanners, and hardware troubleshooting is preferred.
• Familiarity with asset tracking or inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and system access issues.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and workstation setup.
• Monitor and respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner.
• Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system changes.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
