Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an IT Support Technician to maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software in a high-automation warehouse setting. You will support PCs, printers, MFPs, and mobile devices, configure RF scanners, and work with software teams to resolve issues.

You will handle ticket prioritization, collaborate with IT vendors when needed, and ensure smooth operation of the facility’s IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT hardware and desktop support in a warehouse environment.
• Familiar with WLAN/LAN, DHCP, VLAN, and basic networking troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune/Autopilot.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware maintenance on PCs and printers in the warehouse.
• Configure and maintain RF scanners.
• Collaborate with software support to troubleshoot issues.
• Escalate incidents to second/third-level support or vendors as needed.
• Prioritize IT tickets based on business impact.
