Job summary

Elemental Brands is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the first line of defense for employees’ tech needs. This on-site role covers HQ and the operations center, with future full-time relocation to the operations center.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across ChromeOS, macOS, and Windows, provisioning devices for new hires, and managing Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, handling in-person and remote requests via ticketing, phone, chat, or walk-ins.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting of IT equipment in warehouse environments, including barcode scanners and rugged devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across ChromeOS, macOS, and Windows.
• Provision, configure, and deploy laptops, monitors, and peripherals for new hires.
• Manage user accounts and security groups in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and in AD.
• Assist with maintaining office and warehouse networks (Wi‑Fi, LAN, VPNs) and printers.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for internal knowledge bases and end-user guides.
• Log requests and monitor trends with our help desk system and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex infrastructure or server issues.
