Job summary

SupplyHouse is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our IT Infrastructure Team at the Canal Winchester campus. The on-site role provides hands-on technical support for end users and maintains IT infrastructure during standard weekday hours.

Reporting to the IT Team Lead, you will manage devices, assist with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, wire networks, and coordinate with vendors. A2 done: Associate degree and 2+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in IT, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of Level1/Level2 IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and PC hardware.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD.
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, switching, wireless).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely on-site technical support for end users and infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure AD accounts, permissions, and access.
• Deploy and maintain desktop images and software applications.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and network cabling.
• Maintain asset inventory and document IT procedures.
