Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
- Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
- Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
- Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead with a safety mindset to maintain injury-free associates.
- Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
- Direct and supervise work and productivity within the warehouse.
- Recruit, hire, and review performance of warehouse staff.
- Ensure accurate orders are staged and loaded for shipping or receiving.
