Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse activities, manage staff, and ensure efficient operations. The role involves managing inventory, shipping, receiving, team leadership, safety standards, and collaboration with other departments to optimize logistics and meet delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Inventory control and management
• Overseeing receiving and shipping operations
• Order fulfillment processes
• Team management, including hiring and training
• Warehouse layout and space optimization
• Quality control
• Logistics coordination
• Enforcing health and safety regulations
• Reporting on KPIs
• Utilizing warehouse management systems

Requirements:

• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, carry 50 lbs, push/pull 30 lbs
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments (0-36°F)
• Long periods of standing, reaching, bending
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency with inventory and warehouse technology
• Understanding of safety regulations, logistics, and supply chain

Preferred Qualifications:
