An established industry player is seeking a dedicated operations manager to lead a team in the Packaging, Inspection, and Warehouse of Sterile Injectable products. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and compliance. Your expertise in the Inspection, Packaging & Warehouse domain will help in providing operations to ensure the final product is carried out in an efficient, effective, safe and compliant manner. As a manager, your breadth of knowledge on internal or external business challenges will help us improve our products, processes and services. Your will guide us to lead projects by meeting objectives and preparing forecasts for resource requirements. Your risk-taking ability will help us advance new concepts and methodologies. You will provide technical guidance and oversight to team members and help in problem solving.

Successful candidate will lead a team of operations colleagues in the Packaging, Inspection & Warehouse of Sterile Injectable products. Candidate will demonstrate personal leadership, initiative, judgement, and accountability in day-to-day work activities in addition to exhibiting strong planning/organizational skills. Must possess strong communication skills and demonstrate integrity and cooperation in working with diverse colleagues/groups.
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience.
Expected to spend majority of time on the shop floor and be trained in the appropriate gowning. Occasional lifting may be required. Will include standing, walking and sitting. Occasional lifting will be required. Remain organized and positive in ambiguous, fast-paced and rapidly changing situations. This is a penicillin manufacturing plant – candidate must NOT BE ALERGIC TO PENICILLIN.
Candidate must not be allergic to Penicillin. 2nd shift position with core hours from 3:00pm to 11:30pm (Monday through Friday). Job may require weekend/alternative shift, shutdown, holiday work supporting the production schedule. Limited travel may be required.
