Job Description: SAP Warehouse IT Manager

Remote option available. STRONG PREFERENCE given to those already residing in, or willing to relocate to, St. Augustine, Florida (relocation paid).

Summary: The IT Manager, SAP Warehouse, will be responsible for delivering the SAP Warehouse component within a large Business ERP Transformation program and providing solution leadership for ongoing operations. The role involves close collaboration with the Warehouse Business Process Owner, ERP Solution Integrator, and Subject Matter Experts to define and standardize end-to-end business processes across the company, with expertise primarily in SAP Warehouse Management (WM-IM-SRM) modules and Material Management (MM).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Utilize SAP ECC/S4 best practices in designing, configuring, testing, and deploying integrated ERP solutions.
2. Define functional requirements for the global template, focusing on Warehouse processes and source-to-pay.
3. Understand current processes to define future state systems and processes for interim and end states.
4. Deliver solution models and architectures aligned with business needs, organizational standards, and industry best practices globally.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business outcomes and recommend standard-fit solutions.
6. Assess impacts of business change requests and prioritize Warehouse process-related changes.
7. Provide guidance to ensure adherence to design standards and target operating models.
8. Support analysts in determining functional and technical requirements, maximizing standard features.
9. Ensure the viability of solutions and provide ongoing guidance throughout projects.
10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to develop solutions that meet business needs.
11. Lead a team of IT functional leads and analysts in Warehouse processes.
12. Provide SAP WM & MM expertise through system demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions.
13. Plan and participate in testing phases, including unit, integration, UAT, and pilots.
14. Develop end-to-end scenarios for test simulations integrating with other processes and systems.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will have direct reports.

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of hands-on SAP MM & WM configuration and functional design experience.
• Knowledge of S4/HANA and SAP Activate methodology is highly desirable.
• At least two full SAP implementation cycles, with experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of Source to Pay and SAP process design, with integration knowledge across key processes.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing industry experience.
• SAP MM, WM or APICS certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
