IT Manager, SAP Warehouse (Finance)

Remote option available. STRONG PREFERENCE given to those already residing in, or willing to relocate to, St. Augustine, Florida (relocation paid).

SUMMARY: The IT Manager, SAP Warehouse, will be responsible for delivering the SAP Warehouse component of a large Business ERP Transformation program and providing solution leadership for ongoing operations. The role involves working closely with the Warehouse Business Process Owner, ERP Solution Integrator, and Subject Matter Experts to define and standardize end-to-end business processes across the company. The focus will be on SAP Warehouse Management (WM-IM-SRM) modules and Material Management (MM), including integration with other functional modules.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Utilize SAP ECC/S4 best practices in designing, configuring, testing, and deploying an integrated ERP solution.
2. Define functional requirements for the Global template, primarily in Warehouse processes and secondarily in source-to-pay.
3. Assess current state and define future state system and processes.
4. Deliver solution models and architectures aligned with business needs and industry standards globally.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business outcomes and recommend suitable solutions.
6. Evaluate business change requests and prioritize Warehouse process solutions.
7. Provide direction and guidance, ensuring adherence to design standards and target operating models.
8. Support analysts in determining functional and technical requirements, emphasizing standard features.
9. Ensure the viability of solutions and guide project approach.
10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to develop solutions meeting business needs.
11. Lead a team of IT functional leads and analysts in Warehouse processes.
12. Provide SAP WM & MM expertise through demonstrations and knowledge-sharing.
13. Plan and participate in testing phases, including unit, integration, UAT, and pilots.
14. Develop end-to-end scenarios for testing, integrating with other processes and systems.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: This role will have direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6-8 years of hands-on SAP MM & WM configuration and functional design experience.
• Knowledge of S4/HANA and SAP Activate methodology is highly desirable.
• At least two full SAP implementation cycles, with experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of Source to Pay processes and SAP process design.
• Experience with integration with Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Plan to Produce processes.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing industry experience.
• SAP MM, WM or APICS Certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
